- 30 day billing to business or educational address
- residential address requires Visa or Master Card
Return/Refund policy:
- within 90 days, full refund if purchased at full price. Credit only for bookstore or educational discount orders
- customer pays return shipping
Discounts:
- educational, itemized on price schedule
- bookstores 20% off regular prices
- libraries 10% of regular prices
Students: order direct by charge card or mail check. Indicate name of instructor and location of classes for educational discount
Outside US: Canada 30-day billing, all others prepay required. Request cost and indicate method to use -- UPS, US Postal Service (regular or air)
